Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) 

Joel’s extensive experience in managing complex contracts and vendor negotiations is a key asset. At NNIT, he successfully renegotiated a three-digit million DKK, 5-year agreement with PFA Pension, ensuring long-term value creation and customer satisfaction. 

At AP Pension, Joel managed a tender process for cloud management services, guiding the evaluation, selection, and negotiation phases. His strategic approach ensured alignment with AP Pension’s operational and digital transformation goals, delivering a robust and scalable cloud management solution. 

This hands-on expertise in tender management and contract optimization directly aligns with TrueTen’s services in contract lifecycle management, including business value realization, RFP processes, and tender strategies. 

Digital Transformation & Advisory 

At DS NORDEN, Joel demonstrated a strategic approach to digital transformation by developing a comprehensive IT roadmap aligned with the company’s overarching business strategy. This roadmap prioritized scalability, operational efficiency, and long-term growth.  

In addition, Joel successfully delivered large-scale transformation initiatives, including cloud migrations and IT modernization projects.  

At AP Pension, he led the transition to modern IT infrastructure, enabling greater scalability and aligning IT capabilities with the organization’s strategic objectives. Similarly, at NNIT, Joel guided clients like PFA Pension and AP Pension in adopting standardized infrastructure models to improve efficiency and operational consistency. These accomplishments highlight Joel’s expertise in digital strategy, cloud transformation, and legacy system modernization—core capabilities offered by TrueTen. 

Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) 

During his time at NNIT, Joel was responsible for delivering services to a wide range of customers, ensuring compliance with contract terms, including adherence to ISO 27001 standards. As the lead for the financial segment, which operates under strict regulatory requirements, he initiated and oversaw the development of a compliance dashboard. This tool provided near real-time data on key compliance areas, improving oversight and efficiency. Additionally, he facilitated the delivery of Risk and Compliance Gap Assessments, supporting clients in identifying and addressing compliance challenges. 

Process Excellence 

Joel has consistently optimized IT operations to align with business objectives, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and service quality. At NNIT, he designed and implemented a Customer Engagement Model that enhanced client interactions and elevated service delivery standards, training over 700 employees to adopt a customer-focused approach. 

At Atos, Joel led the automation of IT service reporting, achieving a 70% reduction in manual reporting efforts across the company’s Danish customers. This initiative streamlined operations, reduced costs, and improved resource allocation for higher-value activities. 

During his tenure at Siemens, Joel spearheaded the implementation of ITIL processes and tools, including a new Change Management process and a customer portal solution, which increased transparency and operational efficiency. His efforts also improved service level compliance from 70% to 95%, reducing penalties and enhancing service reliability.
